Rule 58
Land should be done

(1) Under the hard voltage transmission system, all types of metal-made supports should be permanently and effectively earthed using unbroken earth wire.
(2) Insulators should be kept at a height of not less than 3 meters from the ground in the stay wire used in the supports of the transmission and distribution system.
